- Amber Added January 02, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After the rude treatment my step dad and son receives in the lead up to Christmas, I will no longer shop here nor will any of our family members as its not the first time someone's had a bad experience. . my step dad went to return an expensive toy he had bought for his granddaughter as her father had also boughtvthe same one. He took it back with receipt, the box unopened. The owner proceeded to rip the box open while asking why he wanted to return it. The plan was to refund the toy and then buy her something else from the same store. After explaining this, the owner refused a refund as the box was now damaged. It was the owner who opened and damaged the box! Also the box was already missing a flap when it was bought. The box had been opened before my step dad even purchased it. The disgusting treatment and behavior was unwarranted and unnecessary. I had a similar experience a few years ago, as did my brother when he was trying to purchase a bike. Justvplain rude.
