While one lady was serving a customer the other lady was too busy looking in a mirror playing with her hair. Waited about 3 minutes with no meet and greet from either lady. So left and spent my $120 at the Vans store where they were awesome. Highly recommended going there. Poor customer service Betts and Betts. Won't be going there ever again
